A large suburban district on Abu Dhabi's mainland, Mohamed Bin Zayed City, often referred to as MBZ City, offers spacious villa compounds and a growing retail and community infrastructure, popular with both Emirati and expatriate families.
It suits families seeking generously sized villas at more accessible prices than the emirate's island and downtown communities, in exchange for a longer commute to the city centre. Its scale and continued residential growth have made it one of the larger suburban villa markets on the Abu Dhabi mainland.
