A Formula-One-themed community developed by Union Properties, Motor City combines low-rise apartment clusters with the villas of Green Community and sits directly beside Dubai Autodrome, Dubai's motorsport circuit, off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Dubai Sports City.
The community suits families and motorsport enthusiasts looking for a quieter, lower-density lifestyle with community parks and everyday retail, at accessible mid-market pricing. Its established landscaping and relatively low-rise character give it a more settled, suburban feel compared with some of the newer high-density communities nearby.
